DEMAND PREPARATION
$500.00 per demand for claims with values up to $25,000 (NCS valuation)
plus additional $500.00 charge(s) for each $10,000 in value over initial $25,000.
Example: Claim NCS values at $1 - $25,000 = $ 500.00
Claim NCS values at $25,001 - $35,000 = $1,000.00
Claim NCS values at $35,001 - $45,000 = $1,500.00
Claim NCS values at $45,001 - $55,000 = $2,000.00
CLIENT VOLUME DISCOUNT:
Submission of 20 claim files or more per month = 10% reduction of fee
30% of NCS fee paid on submission of these claims
REWRITES:
Demand rewrite due to NCS error: Free
Demand rewrites due to additional information supplied:
Charged at 50% of above demand preparation rate based on new value
Note:
* 5 day turn around of each file based once NCS receives all necessary information
* Status appraisal provide attorney every 15 days
* Authorization form from client

NEGOTIATION AND SETTLEMENT
$200.00 per hour for Negotiation charged by the minute in 5 minute increments

MEDIATION ATTENDANCE
$200.00/per hour
* The Mediation Attendance charges are in addition to fee charges for any and all additional services requested.

** Preparation of a Mediation Packet to be sent prior to the mediation would be included in this price.

ARBITRATION PREPARATION / TRIAL PREPARATION
$200.00/per hour
2 hour minimum charge on Claims with values under $25,000.00
5 hour minimum charge on Claims with values over $25,000.00
* The Arbitration Preparation / Trial Preparation charges are in addition to fee charges for any and all additional services requested.

TELEPHONE CONSULTATION
Telephone consultation time is available for an attorney and his/her immediate staff to discuss claims issues and cases. This service may be purchased based on either an ‘Hourly Rate as Used’ or one of our economical ‘Prepaid Bulk Rate Plans.’
Please note: Any hard document review will be handled under Demand Preparation fee schedule.

2. PREPAID BULK RATE PLANS:
