I'm Dr. Todd Cielo from Tampa, Florida; I've been practicing for 12 years. I attended the Personal Injury Institute Seminar this weekend. Great seminar, it's always about the patient. As far as documentation coding making sure that they get the best care possible, understanding what medical necessity is, understanding documentation for the attorney, so they can represent the client at the fullest, and more importantly, getting the patient better, and with all the other services and vendors here, great opportunity to not only profit more but help out the patient more. I'm Dr. Tony Ha, I'm from Houston, Texas and I've just came to the seminar for about 3 hours. I think everything is great, a lot of information that you can use if you are doing a lot of Personal injury cases; this would definitely help with collections and it would definitely give you more information on how to bill. Hello my name is Christopher Marzwanian I am a paralegal from the AM law Group. I just want to thank Mr. Mathis and Dr. DeGaetano for putting Personal Injury University together. I've been keeping up to date with the latest innovations in the Chiropractic and Personal injury but finally I've had the opportunity to come down and learn from the Pro's. I was blown away, this seminar will reshape the way we practice Personal Injury Law. Dr. DeGaetano provided us with a better understanding on how car accidents injure our clients and I was not aware that they can be permanently injured so easily. My name is Dr. Alwyn Lorenzo, I practice in Haltom city, Texas. I've been part of the Personal injury University since earlier this year, probably for about six months or so, and I've gained a wealth of information, usable knowledge that I put to use right away and it got me excited to do Personal Injury work again. I highly recommend it to all my colleagues. It's definitely worth the money and the experience. I'm Scott Mullen, DC. I've enjoyed the seminar so far. It's very informative in keeping us up to date on what's going on in the business of insurance and they are always changing trying to kick our feet out from under us and the guys here seem to be keeping us up to date and giving some CE credits so it's good. My name is Jessica Lynn Sepulveda; I am an attorney for the AM Law Group here in Dallas, Texas. I definitely appreciated all the informative lectures that we had today. I think as an attorney it's been interesting to see how I can have our pre-litigation department build up from the point of receiving our medicals even to the point of obtaining specific affidavits for litigation and I think it's important for attorneys to definitely have that type of perspective; it would help in negotiating prior to filing a law suit as well as when we are actually in the midst of our discovery period, being able to have that information as far as how the doctors reported on certain ways and why it is that the adjuster gave us certain low ball offer. All these aspects are very important because they will build up as to whether or not an attorney should possibly mediate the case or move forward with trial, which is the ultimate outcome at the very end, if we do go to trial at that point to see every aspect of it. So I definitely think that this seminar has been helpful for me at this point. The seminar was very informative; a lot of great information that will help you with your PI practice. It's very important that we use proper documentation and diagnosis that are going to help increase the value of the cases, and this seminar does that for you, so I'm very happy to attend. Aaron Guerra. I first wanted to say thanks for bringing this seminar to us. It's a blessing for Personal Injury University and Dr. Matt, the things that he has shared with us amongst the other speakers; they have really brought to light the things that are needed to make the cases settle at such a great demand. From what I thought I knew and what I learned today is incredible, so again, thank you Dr. Matt. Dr. Bryan McCormick from Cedar Hill, Texas My name is John Younger, I'm an attorney from San Antonio. I've been board certified in Personal Injury trial law since 1980. I've attended this program. I've been practicing law since 1966. I've attended this program, it is revolutionary, it is eye opening, it is informative, it is essential that attorneys as well as chiropractors come to the program so they can understand what they are dealing with. This Colossus thing is something that we all need to take on and I've learned that I don't have to fight it and I can use it for my own benefit. |
